[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Psi packages in Debian

Hi Jan, hi team,

Three years later than I thought I have finally updated psi and
psi-translations packages:
https://salsa.debian.org/xmpp-team/psi/-/blob/master/debian/changelog 
https://salsa.debian.org/xmpp-team/psi-translations/-/blob/master/debian/changelog

So at least these packages will be in a perfect state in Debian Bullseye.
And as usual, once these packages migrate to testing I'll prepare upload to
buster-backports.

The next step from my side will be upload of psi-plugins package:
https://bugs.debian.org/981803

And let's hope that it will pass NEW queue fast and that release team
will not be against its inclusion to the next stable version of Debian.
