I'll freely admit that waiting was both because of the issues above, as
well as having just sent the last mail in my NM process, meaning that in
an absolute best-case scenario I'll have uploading privileges by the
24th or whenever keyring-maint does their next push. (If not, I could
always submit the package for sponsorship or get DM privileges on it.)
