[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Bug#998678: prosody: Gets started too early in boot process → DNS does not work, manual restart fixes the problem

Dear Maintainer,

upon reboot Prosody can only manage connections between its local accounts. Other
connections fail because server-to-server cannot get the other servers' IP addresses: DNS
failure, network is unreachable. After restarting Prosody via System Ctl, these
connections work.
