Keep in mind that the Client "Pix-Art Messanger" doesn't exists
anymore. "Pix-Art Messanger" has been renamed to blabber.im - I
think ~ November 2020.

1) Make sure you buddy is using the latest version of Conversations or
Blabber on Andorid
2) You may already got 2.7.13-1 of the gajim-omemo plugin?

ejabberd logfile may not help. The most part of OMEMO is on
client-side. With a current version of ejabberd the PEP and setup of
access model should be fine.
