This is unfortunately true. Upstream plans to integrate libadwaita soon
(but don't hold your breath), which will make Dino mobile friendly,
again. For the moment, there is no other option than to use the previous
version, e.g. download from here:

http://snapshot.debian.org/package/dino-im/0.3.0-3%2Bhandy/

and put it "on hold":

echo dino-im hold | sudo dpkg --set-selections
