[Pkg-xmpp-devel] sms4you - new GatewayFile module, refactor, packaging clean-up

I've recently adopted sms4you locally for sending system and network notification alerts SMS. I've added a new module GatewayFile that implements a simple file spooler (/var/spool/sms4you/{tx,rx}.

In the process I've refactored the configuration handling to break circular dependencies between "core" and gateway modules to be independent for each gateway.

I've also resolved some issues with packaging and polkit rules (see bug #1091230)

My changes cam be found in individual branches but also rolled up in branch release-0.0.8 at:

Is anyone interested in merging these changes or alternatively I could do it myself with appropriate permissions and guidance.
