[Pkg-xmpp-devel] Bug#1061494: create a prosody-config package that will configure prosody with good xmpp compliance by default with debconf

Similar to how exim4-config package configures exim with debconf or like 
gitlab, diaspora-installer packages, I think there should be a way for 
automatic configuration of prosody with recommended defaults (like http 
upload, coturn, admin contacts, virtual hosts, muc, lets encrypt 
certificates etc configured using debconf).

If the idea is appealing, I can help (I have done the debconf based 
configs for gitlab/diaspora and manually setup prosody server).
