This one is a bit odd

They distribute a database dump file, which is a schema, not quite the
same thing as source code, so that clause 3.1 may not really be relevant
for the postbooks-schema-* files that upstream offers.

However, maybe it applies to our repackaged upstream tarball (which is
just their dump file converted back to ASCII SQL)

I've updated the repackaged upstream tarball again and made a fresh
upload for all three schema packages.

This also resulted in recreating the git repositories on alioth using
the new version of orig.tar.gz as a starting point.
