Please declare a dependency from libxtuplecommon-dev to the
corresponding runtime package libxtuplecommon1.  As it stands, builds
of postbooks-updater in minimal environments have been failing because
libxtuplecommon.so is a dangling symlink:

  /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lxtuplecommon
  collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
  make[2]: *** [../bin/updater] Error 1
