[pkg-xtuple-maintainers] Bug#731521: feedback please - Postgresql versions?

We've already released v4.5 and v4.6. We'll try to test v4.7 against 
postgres 9.4. Our v4.7 (and likely even v4.8) will come out with plenty 
of time for the Debian freeze.
