The schema packages are currently built from the PostgreSQL dump file
that xTuple publishes on Sourceforge

xTuple previously kept schema stuff here:

and more recently it is in:

  https://github.com/xtuple/xtuple/tree/4_10_x/database
  https://github.com/xtuple/xtuple/tree/4_10_x/foundation-database

Gil, can you please comment on this?  What steps do you use to take the
schema and data from Github and create the PostgreSQL dump files
published on Sourceforge?

For the Quickstart and Demo databases, do you have CSV files somewhere
in Github with the raw data?
