It seems that partman-zfs isn't quite finished. It
doesn't create a root filesystem. Only allows you to
create a volume, and on that put a root fs...

I've added support for creating a root fs, setting the
'bootfs' flag. I'm currently debugging it and trying
to find every gotcha. I'll post a patch 'shortly'.
