Ok. Seems that the issue was that the content-filtering of mailman was
enabled, and this defaults to filter any message that is not one of:

multipart/mixed
multipart/alternative
text/plain

My mail messages are usually multipart/signed (RFC 4880 and 3156)

I disabled completely the content-filtering. I'm not sure how that got
enabled or if it was the default.
