to have a little progress here, please add the BSD license of:

 zfs-0.6.5.4/etc/init.d/zfs-share.in
 zfs-0.6.5.4/etc/init.d/zfs-zed.in
 zfs-0.6.5.4/cmd/arc_summary/arc_summary.py
 zfs-0.6.5.4/module/zfs/lz4.c
to your debian/copyright.

If I look at cmd/zdb/* your debian/copyright says:
  Copyright: Oracle
   Sun Microssystems, Inc.
but the file header states for zdb.c:
 * Copyright (c) 2005, 2010, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.
 * Copyright (c) 2011, 2014 by Delphix. All rights reserved.
 * Copyright (c) 2015, Intel Corporation.
and for zdb_il.c.
 * Copyright 2009 Sun Microsystems, Inc.  All rights reserved.
 * Copyright (c) 2012 Cyril Plisko. All rights reserved.
 * Copyright (c) 2013, 2014 by Delphix. All rights reserved.
opposed to
 Copyright: Oracle
  Pawel Jakub Dawidek
So I am afraid there is some room for improvement.

I think it is a bit irritating to see a link[1] that no longer exists. 
Maybe you can add a comment somewhere.
