Heh, perhaps. :)

Will be interesting to see what come out of this.  It do not seem very
clear cut to me what the court will conclude.

Well, so far it is purely hypotetical, as no Linux packages are in
Debian.  Time to upload again?  I can do it, if no-one else got time to
upload the current git code.
