Upstream has added several bugfixes and compatibility support,
including Linux 4.14, an NFS permission error (1030f807b), compressed
buffer handling (d7881a6dc), and the major, longstanding corruption
bug #6931 (841cb5ee2). I've included all, and the associated patch refreshes,
in [1]. That branch also includes several other proposed bug resolutions.
