[Pkg-zfsonlinux-devel] Bug#868506: Same bug on fresh install

I think this is a dependency issue.

with
apt-get update && apt-get -y install zfsutils-linux"
I get the same error "*** Please make sure the kmod ...", but the kernel
module will eventually build after a 10m timeout(spl-timeout=600)

with
apt-get update && apt-get -y install spl spl-dkms && apt-get -y install
zfsutils-linux
the kernel module will be build without delays.
