[Pkg-zfsonlinux-devel] Bug#945585: Empty Snapshot Directories for Root Pool

Snapshot directories are empty for snapshots in a root pool.
I.e.: /.zfs/snapshot/zfs-auto-daily-2019_11_27 shows an empty snapshot.
