[Pkg-zfsonlinux-devel] Bug#986299: zfs-linux: README.Debian installed for libnvpair3linux only

Dear Maintainer,

By default, dh_installdocs only installs default-name docs for the first
listed binary package. This is libnvpair3linux today. I personally
didn't even know zfs-linux had a Debian-specific README because I never
in a billion years thought to check anything beside zfsutils-linux or
zfs-dkms.

Something like this will put the README into all packages:

The alternative would be to split it up into the relevant packages,
but you get the idea
