Source: zfs-linux
Version: 2.0.3-4
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

d/README.Debian says this:
-- >8 --
2. Use zfs-initramfs with caution.
----------------------------------

Debian Installer's root installation support is being worked on,
and zfs-initramfs is included here but still needs to be tested
in detail. Since faulty operation on filesystem can lead to major
loss of data, please use zfs-initramfs with caution.

d-i doesn't support root-on-ZFS installations (and I doubt it ever
will, considering the licensing), but that's beside the point:
zfs-initramfs is stable now (i.e. 2.0.x and forward, after I got my
hands on it, though even in 8.4.x it wasn't /too/ bad),
as is zfs-dracut.

It's probably best to remove outdated information like this.

Best,
наб
