Package: zfs-dkms
Version: 2.1.5-1~bpo11+1
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
I was trying to install a realtime kernel to hopefully fix some pipewire issues but
could not because zfs-dkms, which I use for my root filesystem fails to build the
module with the following error:
/etc/kernel/postinst.d/dkms:
dkms: running auto installation service for kernel 5.18.0-0.bpo.1-rt-amd64:Error! The /var/lib/dkms/zfs/2.1.5/5.18.0-0.bpo.1-rt-amd64/x86_64/dkms.conf for module zfs includes a BUILD_EXCLUSIVE directive which
does not match this kernel/arch. This indicates that it should not be built.
I tried installing the stable rt kernel and the backported rt kernel. Both
have the same problem.
This means that people dealing with audio on debian based systems can not
use ZFS. I expected to be able to install a rt kernel with zfs no problem.
