Upgrading from 2.1.9-1 to 2.1.9-2
My root dataset has mountpoint=legacy
I reported this upstream

I modified /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/zfs (see upstream bug report)
* What was the outcome of this action?
This fixed my issue
