[Pkg-zfsonlinux-devel] Bug#1063457: zfsutils-linux abuses Conflicts in violation of policy 10.1

We are aware of this. arcstat is NOT a new binary added in recent versions,
but is installed into /usr/sbin for several years and versions. I moved it to /usr/bin
because it does not actually require specific permission to use.

Is there any suggestion on such situation? Keeping ours in sbin would cause (the
long-existing) confusion to user if they install both packages and find that two
different arcstat exist in bin and sbin. Renaming either one would also make trouble.
