In 2.2.6, zfsutils-linux.postinst is missing:

        Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/zfs.target.wants/zfs-mount.service → /lib/systemd/system/zfs-mount.service.

But not in 2.2.6, so systemd doesn't try to load the pools.

Note that this may not affect someone upgrading from 2.2.5, since the services
would already have been enabled.
