The upstream discussion at https://github.com/openzfs/zfs/issues/16357
is proving productive; it is highly likely that we will be able
to resolve the conflict in an upcoming OpenZFS release by renaming
/usr/bin/arcstat to /usr/bin/zarcstat. The timeline is still being
discussed, but should be complete well before forky starts to settle.
