I have the impression that zwiki is not actively maintained in Debian.
An NMU seems to be appropriate even if there are no RC bugs.

Hmmm, this depends from your point of view.  There is the Epoz branch
with versions < 1.0 which is related to Zope versions < 3.0.  The
versions > 1.0 are according to the authors belonging to the future
Zope version 3.0.  That's why I'm packaging the epoz versions which
are available at

    http://zope.org/Members/mjablonski/Epoz/

and the package is up to date.  (Perhaps this should be documented in
README.Debian ...

What do you mean here?  Feel free to send wishlist bug reports "New
version available" and add patches for the new versions if possible.
