unstable is not freezed, therefore you can upload to it exactly the
same way as before sarge has been released.

there was some anouncement about freezing unstable soon, to make the
toolchain transition as painless as possible. But as long as this
doesn't happen, you should be able to upload to unstable as usual.

so when will zope-common and dh_zope arrive in unstable? are they
already packaged for debian?
