Hi ftp-masters,

Please remove schoolbell from the archive. Brian Sutherland (Uploader)
agreed (see below).

The package has been uninstallable for months, and it's not going to
change. This makes python2.4-schooltool uninstallable, but it is already
the case, and it is supposed to be fixed in a new upstream release of
schooltool.
