You can run:

# dzhandle -z2.9 make-instance myinstance -m manual
# dzhandle -z2.9 add-product myinstance ZWiki
# dzhandle -z2.9 zopectl myinstance start

You can modify the port in /etc/zope2.9/myinstance/zope.conf
