I think we should keep a record of this in the Uploaders field.

That's nice for this particular issue.

Once you say this I remember.  Fine for this.

Another example where we are lagging behind upstream is zope-extfile (we
have 1.5, current upstream is 2.0).

I don't know, but I think it is not really different.
