use experimental .debs on Gutsy

first and foremost, I think you mean "Debian unstable" and not "Debian experimental"

this is what I would do ; 
1) add the debian unstable  repo to /etc/apt/source
2) # apt-get update
3a) # apt-get install zope3 (or whatever you like)
3b)   check the list of packages that zope3 is bringing inside,
      and see that it does update essential components such as libc6, 
      and then hit "y"
4) remove the  debian unstable  repo from /etc/apt/source
5) # apt-get update

if the list 3b is too long and scary , you may try apt-pinning 
(but it will not help a lot)
