What do customers really want? 
*   To be fussed about? 
*   To be treated like royalty?
*   To be attended to courteously? 
Our view is that it is none of the above. Customers, like any other human being, wants to be treated with empathy. 
They want to feel that sales and service people have a genuine concern for them and are looking for ‘real’ solutions that will solve their problems. 
We train sales and service people achieve these in three ways:
a) They learn to be 'real' or 'centred' in order to connect with customers. At the same time, they maintain their dignity and are happy to serve. 
b) They experience increase empathy for others by increasing their emotional intelligence quotient (Participants take an online questionnaire, which generates a report on areas participants can improve on, when communicating with customers. This report will be referred to during the course.)
c) They implement these skills and knowledge by role playing likely scenarios they encounter daily with customers, with a view to improving customer relations.

The fee for the course is $488/- plus an additional $140 for the proprietary report and slides and materials used. SDF provides some funding for the course.
