RM: zope3 -- RoM; unsopported, splitted in individual python libraries

Please remove zope3 from the archive: it is not supported anymore by upstream
as a monolithic package, and the version in the archive is already superseded
by new upstream releases of the single libraries that were part of zope3.

We will upload some of the libraries that zope3 provided as individual python
packages (eg. python-zope.interface, python-zope.component and so on).
