You are absolutely right about this. Sorry for over tagging the bug
report (and for the noise).

As Julien suggested, I am reassigning this bug to ftp.debian.org.

Would it be possible to change the priority of the python-clientform
package to optional as it does not conflict with any optional package
anymore.
