It is not possible: in Debian we try to reuse libraries and packages
already available in the system. This allows us to fix security issues only
in one place, without patching a lot of applications.

What does it happen if Plone ships with version X of Python, another
package with version Y and another one with Z? In case of a security upload
for fixing a security bug, we'd have to patch three different versions of
Python, and that's a lot of work.
