Bug#538176: zope3 and python-zope.i18nmessageid: error when trying to install together

please stop filing these bugs. there's work in progress. it's a transition 
currently going on and zope3 will be removed in the end. it's currently stuck a 
bit because some packages are still in the NEW queue.
