Bug#557426: python-xml: remove conflict with Python2.6

Hi,

I'd like to see the python-xml package redone in order to allow
installation alongside Python2.6. This should enable having a backport
of Python2.6 and no breakage in packages requiring

 ( python2.4 or python2.5 ) and python-xml
