Bug tracker for van.pydeb?

Hello,

I have submitted a bug report about undesired behaviour of van.pydeb
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/van.pydeb/+bug/619294), but
I could only report it for Ubuntu package of it, because there is no
place for upstream bugs to report. https://launchpad.net/van.pydeb
does not exist, like for other projects hosted upstream on
svn.zope.org. Could you please create the Launchpad project, if this
is the tool you would like to use for bug tracking?

I also want your opinion about the mentioned bug.
