python-clientform: deprecation of dh_pycentral, please use dh_python2

Hello,

I was about  to look at uploading python-clientform to  fix this bug but
then I remembered that ClientForm is deprecated upstream and is now part
of mechanize.

A while  ago, before  upload mechanize 0.2.5,  we warned  maintainers of
packages depending  upon ClientForm that  mechanize now includes  it. It
seems that these maintainers have done a great work and have now updated
their packages  to take  that into  account. The  only remaining  one is
zope2.12 that I will upload soon.

Then,  I will  ask for  python-clientform removal  and add  Provides and
Replaces for python-clientform to mechanize, is that ok?
