Yes, uploading Zope2.13 is better  as the official supported version for
2.12 is Python 2.6 only.

I don't  think there  could be  any problem  with uploading  zope2.13 to
experimental,  but  maybe Jonas  or  Gaël  are  more familiar  with  the
possible issue with  transition from 2.12 to 2.13 and  if 2.12 should be
dropped in favor of 2.13?
