Updating to ZTK 2.0 (alpha) and python 3 support

I have no objection to adding them, I'm just not sure they'll be that
useful.

Definitely, syncing from Ubuntu first is a great idea.

I also cannot upload, but I will commit the newer versions of packaging
to subversion as I have the time. (in short supply these days, sigh)
