[Pkg-zsh-devel] Bug#656898: zsh: Split off arch-indep parts into a zsh-common package

Lintian throws the following errors on building zsh:

W: zsh source: debian-rules-missing-recommended-target build-arch
W: zsh source: debian-rules-missing-recommended-target build-indep
W: zsh source: package-would-benefit-from-build-arch-targets
I: zsh: arch-dep-package-has-big-usr-share 9394kB 86%

These should be fixed after moving to a debhelper-based debian/rules
file.

Fixing it before a transition to a debhelper-based debian/rules likely
would be unnecessary work.
