Okay, either not much interest or not much opposition to these. So:

I just merged these 5.

>   Try to bind <mod>-<cursor>

And left out that one. It's still in my branch at github¹. But I don't
like it too much. I actually don't think it's our responsibility to bind
those combinations at all.
