I can. I just tried with GNU Emacs 24.3.1 as currently in Debian
Unstable.

Nevertheless Zsh's entry is neither properly underlined nor
highlighted when hovering over it with the mouse. But pressing enter
when the cursor is at the entry works fine and opens Zsh's info page.
