JFTR: This issue is neither present in Debian Squeeze (oldstable,
4.3.10-14) nor Wheezy (stable, 4.3.17-1) despite that line 74 in the
code of ztexi.yo bas been changed the last time back in 2007.

So this issue likely popped up due more recent yodl or texinfo
versions behaving differently.
