So I checked who else had significant contributions to zsh's current
packaging:

~/zsh/zsh → find debian -type f | xargs -n1 git blame | awk -F' \(| [12]' '{print $2}' | sed -e 's/ *$//' | sort | uniq -c | sort -n
      3 Pierre Chifflier
      3 Wookey
     15 Richard Hartmann
     57 Michael Prokop
   1256 Axel Beckert
   5825 Frank Terbeck

These are numbers of lines. Frank Terbeck has so many lines because he
did the initial import of the packaging into git as it seems.

I'm fine with MIT/Expat.

So I'd say if Frank, Mika and Richi are fine with MIT/Expat, too, I'll
update debian/copyright accordingly.

(It would be nice if the acknowledgement could be sent to the list.)
