Tried to do so, but then noticed:

We maintain zsh inside /git/collab-maint/, so /git/pkg-zsh/ does not
exist yet. But repos under /git/collab-maint/ are AFAIK only writable
for DDs with a few explicit exceptions.

So I've just configured that the pkg-zsh project would like to use
git, so that /git/pkg-zsh/ should be created by some cron-job within
the next few hours (AFAIK). Will then create the repository for you.
(It may be possible that you can do that yourself since you have a
scm_pkg-zsh group membership. Anyways, if I see /git/pkg-zsh/ having
popped up and there's no git repo for you yet, I'll create one.)
