Fixed in 0.5.0-2 and uploaded to DELAYED/5.

The upload has debian-rules-parses-dpkg-changelog and out-of-date-standards-version.
Both of these are already fixed in the 0.6 package, I just didn't
backport the fixes.  (Wanted to keep the 0.5.0-1..0.5.0-2
interdiff minimal.)
