What if I don't know what addresses I need to update?

TrueNCOA allows you to upload and process your files for free. After processing, you get access to a complimentary NCOA Summary Report and Moves Map. The NCOA Summary Report gives you high level details about the number of moves, number of vacancies, and number of invalid addresses (among other things). These features help you understand your file and learn how many new addresses the process found. Those new addresses are included on your download when you purchase your results.

So what does that mean?

You can try re-formatting or including different segments on your file to make sure you're getting back the data that you need. Try this more than once if you aren't sure that you've pulled the right list. Processing is free!

Remember: Our Data Dictionary helps you decode all of the data returned when you process your file with TrueNCOA. Read our Data Dictionary by following the link - https://rebrand.ly/TrueNCOA-Data-Dictionary - for an overview of our output fields and how to put NCOA data to use.
