This issue is known upstream and has been a regression in 5.3 (and
5.3.1) which has been fixed upstream only after 5.3.1 in this commit:

commit 385cb9b9f0757d0203656d9bea3e5ba0dc7916c3
Author: Daniel Shahaf <d.s at daniel.shahaf.name>
Date: Tue Jan 3 14:23:36 2017 +0000

40264: _man: Complete all sections after '-a'.

    Followup to 37634.

		Regards, Axel
